Understanding Predictive Attendees

The official exhibitor list tells you who has already paid for a booth. Predictive Attendees goes further — it surfaces professionals who are likely attending an event but haven't been officially announced yet.
How It Works
Lensmor's AI engine continuously monitors LinkedIn for signals that indicate event intent:
- Posts mentioning an upcoming event by name
- Comments and engagements on event-related content
- Connections made with other known attendees or exhibitors
- Profile updates referencing an industry vertical aligned with the event
These signals are aggregated and scored. Contacts with strong signals appear in the Predictive Attendees panel on each event page.
Predictive Attendees vs. Official Exhibitor List

Use Cases
- Pre-show outreach: Identify and reach out to high-signal attendees before the event. Getting your message in front of them before the show floor is crowded significantly improves response rates.
- Account prioritization: Check whether key target accounts have employees signaling attendance. Use this to prioritize your booth conversations and meeting requests.
- Competitive intelligence: See which companies (beyond official exhibitors) are actively engaging with the event — useful for understanding who considers this market relevant.
Important Limitations
- Predictive Attendees is based on public LinkedIn activity. Professionals who keep a low public profile will not appear regardless of whether they are attending.
- Signal detection has a 2–4 week lag relative to LinkedIn's public index. Very recent posts may not yet be reflected.
- This feature does not predict visitors for every event. Coverage is strongest for events with high LinkedIn engagement in English-speaking markets.
- Predictive Attendees appear within the Attendees list and require the event to be unlocked (2,000 Credits) before they are accessible.
FAQ
Q: Are Predictive Attendees confirmed attendees? No. They are signal-based predictions, not organizer-confirmed attendee records.
Q: Do I need to spend 2,000 Credits to view Predictive Attendees?Yes. Predictive Attendees appear within the Attendees list, so you need to unlock the event first (2,000 Credits) to access them.
Q: Why might a likely attendee not appear in this panel? If the person has little public LinkedIn activity, posted very recently, or the event has weak public engagement signals, they may not appear even if they plan to attend.
