How to Unlock an Event

Each event detail page has two tabs: Exhibitors and Attendees. They work differently.
- Exhibitors — always visible to all users, no unlock required. Shows the list of companies with booths at the event.
- Attendees — locked by default. Shows individual contacts (name, job title, company, LinkedIn). Requires 2,000 Credits to unlock the full list.

Before You Unlock
Without unlocking, you can preview the first 3 contacts in the Attendees list for free. The rest are hidden.To unlock, you need at least 2,000 Credits in your account. See Credits Usage Policy for how credits work.
How to Unlock
- Open the event detail page and go to the Attendees tab.
- Click Unlock Event on the overlay covering the blurred contact list.
- Confirm in the dialog. 2,000 Credits are deducted from your balance.
The full attendees list is immediately accessible — no processing delay.
What You Get After Unlocking
The full Attendees list shows each contact's:
Unlocked Events Are Permanent
Once unlocked, the event stays unlocked forever — even if your subscription expires or you downgrade. You are never charged twice for the same event.
Can I Preview Before Unlocking?
Yes. The first 3 contacts in the Attendees list are always visible without spending any credits. Use this to check whether the event's attendee profile matches your target audience before spending 2,000 Credits.

Q: Do I need to unlock an event to view exhibitors?No. The Exhibitors tab is always visible and does not require an unlock.
Q: Will I lose access to an unlocked event if my subscription ends?No. Unlocked events remain permanently accessible even after subscription expiry.
Q: Can I unlock the same event twice?No. Once an event is unlocked in your workspace, it stays unlocked and you are not charged again for that same event.
