How to Use the AI Agent

The Lensmor AI Agent is built on OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. It comes pre-loaded with Lensmor's event and exhibitor data, along with a set of official trade show Skills — structured workflows that cover the full lifecycle of trade show lead acquisition.

What the Agent Does

The Agent is open-ended. You describe what you want in plain language, and the relevant Skill activates automatically to guide the task.

Built-in Skills span three phases:

  • Pre-show — Find and score trade shows, search for ICP-matching exhibitors, look up decision-maker contacts, plan budgets, write booth invite emails, analyze competitors, and more.
  • On-site — Qualify badge scans and booth leads, capture competitor intelligence, generate booth conversation scripts.
  • Post-show — Create tiered follow-up email sequences to convert leads after the event.

A few examples of what you can ask:

What you typeWhat you get
"Find exhibitors at InfoComm 2026 that match our ICP: B2B AV SaaS, 50–500 employees"A prioritized list of target accounts with fit rationale
"Who are the decision-makers at Lightware Visual Engineering?"Key contacts with titles and LinkedIn URLs
"Write a booth invite email for MEDICA 2026, booth 5C42"Subject line + body with an A/B variant
"We got 150 leads at Interpack — write follow-up emails"3-tier sequence (hot/warm/cold) with send-timing guide

Getting Started

  1. Open the Agent workspace from the top navigation bar.
  2. Type what you want to accomplish in plain language.
  3. The Agent activates the appropriate Skill and works through the task step by step.

For tasks that require access to a specific event's Attendees data, unlock the event first. Tasks that only use exhibitor data or general event discovery do not require an event unlock.

Agent Credits

Agent tasks are billed based on actual LLM usage. Credits are settled every 5 minutes during an active session — not charged upfront. You can monitor consumption in real time from the Credits display in the top bar.

Typical credit ranges:

Task complexityApprox. Credits
Simple query~15
Standard skill call~30
Multi-step task (3–5 steps)~100
Complex task (10+ steps)~200–450

The first task in a new session may cost more than subsequent tasks of the same type. If your Credits run low mid-session, the Agent will pause and notify you.

Tips

  • Be specific. The more context you give — industry, company size, geography, use case — the more useful the output.
  • Chain tasks naturally. After finding target exhibitors, you can immediately ask the Agent to look up contacts or draft outreach in the same session.
  • AI outputs require your judgment. The Agent is a research aid — always review the reasoning before investing time in outreach. See the AI & Data Accuracy Disclaimers section in our Terms of Service for details.

FAQ

Q: Do I need to unlock an event before using the Agent? Not always. General event discovery and exhibitor-based tasks do not require an unlock, but tasks that need a specific event's Attendees data do.

Q: Why does the first Agent task sometimes cost more?A new session may involve more setup and context loading, so the first task can cost more than follow-up tasks in the same session.

Q: Can the Agent write outreach content for me?Yes. The Agent can draft booth invites, follow-up emails, and other trade-show-related messaging based on the context you provide.
