Workspace Owners and Admins can invite teammates, assign the right level of access, and manage active members from one place. Invitations are available when the Workspace has an active paid plan and an open seat.
Check the requirements
Before inviting someone, confirm that:
The Workspace is on an active paid plan.
Your role is Owner or Admin.
The Workspace has an available seat.
The person does not already have a pending invitation for the same Workspace.
Basic includes up to 5 Workspace seats, Growth includes up to 10, and Enterprise uses the custom limit in your agreement. Active members and pending invitations both reserve seats.
Invite teammates
Open your account menu and select Manage Workspace.
Open Members and select Invite members.
Enter one or more email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with spaces or commas.
Choose Member or Admin as the invitation role.
Review the recipients and select Send invitations.

You can prepare up to 30 invitations at a time, but the number you can send cannot exceed the Workspace's remaining seat capacity.
Use Member for teammates who need to research events and use shared Credits. Use Admin only for people who should also manage Workspace settings, members, invitations, Admin roles, API keys, and team-wide usage.
Manage pending invitations
Open Manage Workspace > Members > Invitations. Owners and Admins can:
Copy link to share the secure invitation link directly.
Resend an invitation when the recipient cannot find the original email.
Revoke an invitation that is no longer needed.
A pending invitation continues to reserve a seat until it is accepted, expires, or is revoked. If Lensmor reports that an invitation is already pending, manage the existing invitation instead of creating a duplicate.
Accept an invitation
When you receive a Workspace invitation:
Open the invitation link.
Review the Workspace name, inviter, invited email address, and assigned role.
Select Accept invitation.
Lensmor activates the invited Workspace and opens the product.
You must sign in with the email address that received the invitation. If a different Lensmor account is active, sign out and sign in or register with the invited address before accepting.
If the invitation has expired, is invalid, or is no longer pending, ask an Owner or Admin to resend it or create a new invitation.
Change a member's role
Owners and Admins can change an eligible active member between Member and Admin from the member list.
Member: Teammates who use shared data and Credits and need to see their own Credit activity.
Admin: Workspace operators who also manage settings, ICP, members, invitations, API keys, and Workspace-wide usage.
Billing, plan changes, ownership transfer, and Workspace deletion remain Owner-only. Ownership cannot be reassigned through the normal role menu.

Remove a member
Owners and Admins can remove eligible members from the member list. Removing a member releases the seat and removes that person's access to the Workspace's shared data and Credits.
If the person should retain access with fewer permissions, change the role to Member instead of removing them.
Transfer ownership
Only the current Owner can start an ownership transfer.
Open Manage Workspace and go to the ownership controls in the Danger zone.
Select an active Member or Admin.
Confirm the transfer request.
Ask the recipient to review and accept it.
The recipient cannot already own another Workspace. If the recipient is a Member, Lensmor promotes them as part of the accepted transfer. The previous Owner remains an Admin after the transfer completes.
Troubleshoot invitations
Invite button is unavailable: Confirm the Workspace has an active paid plan and that your role is Owner or Admin.
No seats are available: Revoke an unused pending invitation, remove an eligible member, or ask the Owner to change the plan.
The Workspace plan is suspended: The Owner must restore the plan before new invitations can be sent.
The recipient sees an email mismatch: They must use the Lensmor account matching the invited email address.
The invitation is no longer valid: Resend the pending invitation or revoke it and create a new one.
