Lensmor Team Edition uses a Workspace to give your team a shared place for event data, ICP settings, Credits, and collaboration. This article explains how to create a Workspace, switch between Workspaces, review usage, and understand the controls available to each role.
Before you start
Creating your own Workspace requires a verified work email and an eligible account.
A user can own one Workspace and can also join multiple Workspaces created by other teams.
Inviting additional members requires an active paid Workspace plan.
Basic supports up to 5 Workspace seats, Growth supports up to 10, and Enterprise uses the custom seat limit in your agreement.
If Create Workspace is unavailable, you may already own a Workspace or your account may not yet meet the creation requirements. You can still accept an invitation to another eligible Workspace.
Create a Workspace
Sign in to Lensmor.
Open your account menu.
Select Create Workspace.
Enter a Workspace name between 2 and 100 characters.
Optionally upload a logo. Lensmor accepts PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP files up to 10 MB; a square 400 Γ 400 image is recommended.
Select Create Workspace to finish.
After creation, Lensmor makes the new Workspace active. Review the Workspace name in your account menu before unlocking data or using Credits.
Open Workspace settings
Open your account menu and select Manage Workspace. Depending on your role, the Workspace management window includes:

General: View the Workspace name and logo. Owners and Admins can edit them.
Members: Review active members. Owners and Admins can also invite people, manage pending invitations, change roles, and remove eligible members.
Usage: Owners and Admins can review Workspace-wide Credit usage and unlock activity.
Plan & Seats: Review the current plan, active members, pending invitations, and available seat capacity. Only the Owner can manage billing or change the plan.
Danger zone: Eligible non-owners can leave the Workspace. The Owner can transfer ownership or delete the Workspace.

Switch between Workspaces
If you belong to more than one Workspace:
Open your account menu.
Select Switch Workspace.
Choose the Workspace you want to use.
The active Workspace determines the shared data, ICP, Credit balance, and permissions available to you. Confirm the active Workspace before a paid action, especially if you work with more than one team.
Understand shared data and Credits
Workspace members work from the same shared event context, ICP, and available Credit balance. Paid actions use the balance of the active Workspace and follow the same Credit rules as individual Lensmor actions.
Members can use shared data and Credits and review their own Credit activity.
Admins and the Owner can review Workspace-wide usage.
Workspace usage includes successful Credit charges. Contact values such as revealed email addresses and phone numbers are not displayed in the usage audit.
The Usage view can show activity for the last 7, 30, or 90 days. Owners and Admins can review usage by member or activity and filter it by member, activity type, or source.

Understand Workspace roles
Member: Use shared data and Credits, view shared event data and ICP, and review personal Credit activity.
Admin: Everything a Member can do, plus edit Workspace details and ICP, manage members and invitations, manage Admin roles and API keys, and review Workspace-wide usage. Admins cannot manage billing or ownership.
Owner: Everything an Admin can do, plus manage billing and plans, transfer ownership, and delete the Workspace.
Each Workspace has one Owner. To give ownership to someone else, use the ownership-transfer flow instead of changing the person's role in the member list.
Review seats and plan status
Open Manage Workspace > Plan & Seats to review capacity. Both active members and pending invitations reserve seats.

If no seats are available, an Owner or Admin can revoke an unused pending invitation or remove an eligible member. The Owner can also change the Workspace plan when additional capacity is needed.
Leave, transfer, or delete a Workspace
Leave: A Member or Admin can leave a Workspace from the Danger zone. Leaving removes access to that Workspace's shared data and Credits.
Transfer ownership: The Owner can nominate an active Member or Admin. The recipient must accept the transfer and cannot already own another Workspace. After acceptance, the previous Owner remains an Admin.
Delete: Only the Owner can delete a Workspace. Deletion is irreversible, so transfer ownership or preserve any required records before continuing.
For member invitations and role changes, see Invite and Manage Workspace Members.
