After you open an event, use the Exhibitors and Attendees tabs to inspect companies and people connected to the event.

Exhibitors

The Exhibitors tab helps you review companies that are exhibiting or otherwise publicly connected to the event.

Common columns include:

  • Website or source link.
  • Description.
  • Location.
  • Employee count.
  • Category or industry.
  • Technology stack.
  • Funding context.
  • Public signals.

Use this tab when you need to identify relevant companies before selecting contacts.

Attendees

The Attendees tab includes exhibitor contacts and additional people Lensmor identifies from public event signals. Use it when you need people-level outreach targets after choosing an event.

Common columns include:

  • Job title.
  • Management level.
  • Department.
  • Contact location.
  • Company.
  • Source.
  • Telephone.
  • LinkedIn activity.
  • Outreach message.

The Source filter helps you separate all sources, official exhibitor-related people, and people identified through social signals.

Customize attendee columns

Use Columns on the Attendees tab to choose which fields are visible in the table. Available attendee columns can include:

  • Job Title.
  • Management Level.
  • Department.
  • Contact Location.
  • Company.
  • Source.
  • Telephone.
  • LinkedIn Activity.
  • Outreach Message.

Customize columns when you want to review only the fields needed for your current workflow, such as qualification, enrichment, or outreach preparation.

Search and filter

You can search companies or people inside the event. You can also use filters and visible columns to narrow the view to your ICP.

If the event is locked, Lensmor shows a preview of the first three matching exhibitors or personnel when data is available. Unlock the event when you need the full list, full filters, or full export.

Identify higher-confidence attendees

Some attendee rows include a star marker next to the person's name. This marks a higher-confidence attendee signal based on Lensmor's available event and historical attendance context.

Hover over the star to see the person's historical event attendance count when available.

Some event pages also include Select Recommended Only. Use it when Lensmor has identified contacts that appear more relevant based on the available event, company, role, and signal context.

Review selected rows before enriching, generating outreach, or exporting.

Request an event data update

If event data appears missing, outdated, or incomplete, use Request update on the event page. This sends the event back for review so Lensmor can refresh available exhibitor, attendee, or event information where possible.

Selection limit

You can select up to 100 attendees at a time for bulk actions such as email reveal, phone reveal, LinkedIn Activity detection, or outreach generation.

For larger workflows, filter the list into smaller batches or use export workflows where supported.
