Unlock an Event

Unlock an event when you need full access to its exhibitor or attendee intelligence.

Before an event is unlocked, Lensmor shows a limited preview. You can preview the first three rows when data is available, while the rest of the exhibitor or attendee list stays locked or blurred.

Unlocking removes the preview limit and gives your workspace access to the available exhibitor and attendee dataset for that event.

What event unlock includes

An event unlock gives you access to:

• Current and future exhibitors and attendees available for the event.
• Complete exhibitor and attendee lists, beyond the three-row preview.
• Verified company details and public company context.
• Advanced filters for narrowing your ICP.
• Full list export for outreach workflows.
• Future updates added to the same event after you unlock it.

What still requires separate enrich or generate actions

Unlocking an event does not automatically reveal or generate every contact-level field.

These actions are separate:

• Reveal email addresses.
• Reveal phone numbers.
• Unlock LinkedIn activity.
• Generate connection or outreach messages.

Use the enrich and generation workflows after unlocking the event and selecting the contacts you want to work with.

Credit cost

Unlocking an event costs 2,000 Credits.

Lensmor shows the cost and your remaining balance before you confirm the unlock.

How to unlock an event

1. Open an event from Discover, Agent results, or another Lensmor workflow.
2. Review the event summary and preview data.
3. Select Unlock Full Access.
4. Confirm the 2,000 Credit cost.
5. Use the Exhibitors and Attendees tabs to filter, select, enrich, generate outreach, or export.

After unlocking

The unlocked event remains available in your workspace. If Lensmor adds new exhibitors, attendees, or public signals for the same event later, those updates are included under the same event unlock.

After unlock, you can use filters, columns, selection, export, and attendee workflows on the full available dataset. Contact enrichment and message generation still run as separate actions.

When not to unlock yet

Do not unlock an event until you have confirmed that:

• The event is relevant to your GTM motion.
• The preview data matches your target audience.
• Your team is ready to use the data for research, outreach, or export.
