These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lensmor websites, applications, data products, integrations, APIs, Agent workflows, and related services.

By using Lensmor, you agree to these Terms. If you use Lensmor on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

1. The service

Lensmor provides event intelligence, GTM signals, business contact research, AI-assisted workflows, exports, integrations, and related services for B2B sales and marketing teams.

Lensmor may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Managing users in your workspace.
  • Ensuring that users comply with these Terms.
  • Providing accurate account, billing, and company information.

You must notify Lensmor if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and billing

Lensmor uses Credits for paid actions such as event unlocks, contact reveals, exhibitor searches, and certain Agent tasks.

Current pricing, included Credits, payment terms, and plan limits are shown on the pricing page, in the product, or in your agreement.

Credits may expire, reset, or be limited based on the plan or package you purchase. Monthly subscription Credits reset each billing cycle unless Lensmor states otherwise.

Used Credits, completed event unlocks, contact reveals, searches, exports, and AI tasks may be non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Lensmor to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, contracts, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or non-compliant outreach.
  • Harass, discriminate, or target individuals unlawfully.
  • Resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk download Lensmor data except as allowed by your plan or agreement.
  • Build a competing product, data provider, or enrichment service using Lensmor data.
  • Interfere with Lensmor security, availability, rate limits, or infrastructure.
  • Use automated access, bots, or scripts except through approved APIs or integrations.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or sensitive regulated data not permitted by your agreement.

5. Customer responsibility

Lensmor helps you research event-led GTM opportunities. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing data before using it.
  • Deciding whether a contact is appropriate for outreach.
  • Complying with email, privacy, telemarketing, and anti-spam laws.
  • Honoring opt-outs, suppression lists, and recipient preferences.
  • Ensuring that your CRM, outreach, and sales tools are configured lawfully.

6. Data accuracy

Lensmor works to improve data quality, but event, company, and contact data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Lensmor does not guarantee that every event, exhibitor, attendee, email, phone number, signal, or recommendation is complete, current, or error-free.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated research, summaries, and outreach messages may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review AI outputs before relying on them or sending them to prospects.

Lensmor is not responsible for decisions you make based solely on AI-generated output.

8. Integrations

When you connect HubSpot, Salesforge, Instantly, or another integration, you authorize Lensmor to use that connection to perform requested workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining access, permissions, templates, campaign settings, and compliance in third-party tools.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

Lensmor and its licensors own the Lensmor product, software, designs, workflows, data models, documentation, and related intellectual property.

You retain ownership of content you provide to Lensmor, subject to the rights needed for Lensmor to operate and improve the service.

10. Confidentiality

If you receive non-public Lensmor information, you must protect it and use it only for the purpose of using or evaluating Lensmor.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information into Lensmor unless your agreement permits it.

11. Suspension and termination

Lensmor may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security risk, misuse data, or use Lensmor in a way that may harm Lensmor, users, data subjects, or third parties.

You may stop using Lensmor or request cancellation according to your plan terms.

12. Disclaimers

Lensmor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Lensmor disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensmor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Lensmor's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Lensmor for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

Lensmor may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, Lensmor will take reasonable steps to notify users.

Your continued use of Lensmor after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
