Connect Instantly to Lensmor

Use Instantly with Lensmor when you want to export Lensmor contacts and Lensmor-generated email outreach content into an Instantly campaign.

Before exporting, add Lensmor variables to the Instantly email sequence template. Lensmor generates a personalized email subject and body for each lead, and Instantly replaces the variables with the corresponding generated content when sending.

What to configure in Instantly

Add these Lensmor variables to the Instantly campaign you plan to use:

• {{lensmor_email_subject}}
• {{lensmor_email_body}}

Instantly only needs the email sending template. LinkedIn message content is not used by Instantly campaigns.

Add the email subject variable

Open the campaign's email sequence template and place {{lensmor_email_subject}} in the subject field.

Add the email body variable

Place {{lensmor_email_body}} in the email body where you want the Lensmor-generated email copy to appear.

Review the final template

Before exporting contacts from Lensmor, confirm that your Instantly campaign contains the Lensmor subject and body variables.

Export from Lensmor

After your Instantly campaign is ready:

1. Generate email outreach messages in Lensmor.
2. Open the event in Lensmor.
3. Go to Attendees.
4. Select contacts or apply filters.
5. Open Export.
6. Choose Instantly.
7. Select the Instantly campaign.
8. Confirm the export.

Current Instantly export supports up to 100 contacts per export.

Notes

• Instantly requires an email address to create a lead. Contacts without email addresses may be skipped.
• Hidden emails remain hidden unless revealed before export.
• If a variable is missing from your Instantly template, Instantly cannot place the corresponding Lensmor-generated content in that message.
