This FAQ answers common questions about Lensmor's event intelligence, attendee sources, Visitor Intelligence, Credits, plans, Team Workspaces, exports, and integrations.

What Lensmor Does

What is Lensmor?

Lensmor is an event intelligence platform for B2B teams. It helps you discover relevant events, evaluate which events are worth your time, identify companies and people connected to those events, prioritize them against your ICP, and prepare pre-event or post-event outreach.

Lensmor is not only a contact database. The product connects event context, company fit, attendee-source evidence, public signals, contact enrichment, and export workflows so your team can decide where to focus before an event starts.

Is Lensmor for event selection or lead generation?

Both.

  • Event selection: Compare events by location, industry, size, type, company mix, ICP fit, and available audience data.

  • Account research: Review exhibitors, sponsors, company details, Match Scores, and public Signals.

  • Contact discovery: Find relevant roles connected to exhibitors, public event signals, and available Visitor datasets.

  • Campaign preparation: Reveal selected contact details, generate outreach drafts, and export the qualified list to your existing workflow.

Field marketing, ABM, sales, partnerships, agencies, booth-service providers, and other event-led teams can use the same data for different goals.

Is Lensmor an official attendee registration database?

No. Lensmor does not claim that every person in the Attendees tab is an organizer-confirmed registrant.

The Attendees tab keeps different source types visible:

  • Visitor: Provided by an Event Organizer or Data Partner.

  • Exhibitor: Connected to a company on the event's official exhibitor or sponsor list.

  • Signal: Identified from public professional activity related to the event.

Use the Source filter and row badges to understand why each person appears. See Understanding Attendee Sources for the full source model.

Events and Data Coverage

How many events does Lensmor cover?

Lensmor's current public coverage includes more than 160,000 global events. Coverage depth varies by event, organizer, region, timing, and source availability.

Some events have rich exhibitor, attendee, Signal, and Visitor coverage. Others may only have core event details or partial company data. Lensmor does not promise complete coverage for every event.

Does Lensmor cover every trade show, conference, roadshow, or world tour?

No. Lensmor prioritizes B2B trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other events with useful public or licensed data, but not every event will already have complete data.

Smaller events, regional roadshows, newly announced events, and events with gated or image-based directories may have less coverage. Search by both the event name and relevant company names, including abbreviations and naming variants.

What should I do if an event is missing?

Search for the event in Discover. If no result is found, select Request Update to ask Lensmor to add or review it.

Submitting a request is separate from unlocking event data. The event's timing, available sources, and processing requirements affect when usable data becomes available, so an update request does not guarantee a fixed delivery time or a complete list.

How often is event and attendee data updated?

Refresh frequency increases as an event approaches:

  • More than 104 days before the event: no standard scheduled refresh.

  • 31 to 104 days before the event: normally every 7 days.

  • 30 days or fewer before the event: normally every 3 days.

Selecting Request update starts a more frequent cadence: immediately and then every 14 days in the early period, every 3 days in the active period, or every 24 hours in the final 30 days.

A refresh checks for new information; it does not guarantee that every check will add records. See Data Coverage & Freshness for details.

Do I pay again when an unlocked event receives new data?

No additional event-access charge is required for later updates to the same event and the same source level you already unlocked.

For example, Event Access includes later updates to exhibitors and public-signal attendees for that event. Visitor identities remain locked unless you have Full Access or add the Visitor upgrade.

Does an unlock include next year's edition of the same event?

No. Each event edition is treated separately because dates, exhibitors, contacts, and Visitors can change from year to year.

Exhibitors, Attendees, and Visitors

What is the difference between Event Access and Full Access?

  • Event Access — 2,000 Credits: Exhibitors, exhibitor contacts, public-signal attendees, filters, and exports for those sources.

  • Full Access — 5,000 Credits: Everything in Event Access, plus available Visitors from Event Organizers and Data Partners.

  • Visitor upgrade — 3,000 Credits: Adds Visitors after you have already unlocked Event Access.

Full Access and the Visitor upgrade require an active paid subscription. Visitor options only appear when Visitor data is available for that event. See Unlock an Event.

Are exhibitors confirmed?

Exhibitor companies are based on companies publicly listed on official exhibitor, sponsor, or event pages.

That confirms the company's connection to the event. It does not guarantee that every employee associated with that company will attend or staff the booth.

Are Visitors the same as predicted attendees?

No. Visitors come from Event Organizers and Data Partners. Signal attendees are identified from public professional activity and should be treated as evidence of possible event intent, not confirmed registration.

Visitor coverage is not available for every event. Even when Visitor data is available, review the source, role, company fit, and other evidence before outreach.

What does Prior Event Attendance mean?

A history icon next to an attendee's name means Lensmor has recorded that person at one or more earlier events. The displayed count shows how many event records are associated with the person across Lensmor's full event database. For example, ×5 means the person has been recorded at five events.

Use the Prior Event Attendance filter to show only people with at least one historical event record. This history is useful supporting context, but it does not confirm that the person will attend the current event and is not a complete lifetime attendance total outside Lensmor's available database coverage.

The Top Match badge is separate. It reflects contact relevance, while the history icon and count describe prior event records.

How should I use predicted or signal-based attendee data in outreach?

Use wording that reflects the evidence you actually have.

Safer:

I noticed your company is exhibiting at the event.

Avoid stating that a specific person is definitely attending unless you have a direct source that confirms it.

Combine the source badge with company fit, role, seniority, public activity, and your own qualification before sending high-volume outreach.

Can I filter for smaller companies or specific decision-makers?

Yes. Current event filters include company name, category, company headquarters, funding stage, employee size, job title, management level, department, LinkedIn activity, contact location, and Prior Event Attendance.

Use these filters to focus on founders, marketing leaders, event decision-makers, technical buyers, smaller companies, or another ICP segment instead of exporting the full list.

Can I save and reuse the same filters across events?

Yes. After applying filters in an event's Exhibitors or Attendees view, open Target Group and select Save as new. Give the group a reusable name, then select it from the Target Group menu on another compatible event view to apply the same criteria.

Use No Target Group to review the event without an active saved group. The Default badge identifies your primary saved group in the menu, and Manage Target Groups opens the available management options. Check the active group and resulting row count before enriching or exporting because a saved group can narrow the current event to zero matching records.

Can Lensmor provide normalized booth size data?

Not as a reliable standard field today. Floor plans, hall layouts, booth dimensions, and naming formats vary significantly by event.

Use confirmed exhibitor status, company size, category, Match Score, Signals, and relevant contacts to prioritize companies. Verify booth size through the organizer's current floor plan when it is essential to your workflow.

Credits and Plans

Which actions use Credits?

Current common costs are:

  • Event Access: 2,000 Credits.

  • Full Access: 5,000 Credits.

  • Visitor upgrade after Event Access: 3,000 Credits.

  • Email reveal: 15 Credits when a result is returned.

  • Phone reveal: 150 Credits when a result is returned.

  • Search by Exhibitor: 50 Credits when at least one result is returned.

  • Agent tasks: variable, depending on the actions performed.

Email and phone reveal Credits are returned when no result is found. Search by Exhibitor does not deduct Credits when it returns no matches. See Credits Usage Policy.

Does unlocking an event also reveal every email and phone number?

No. Event access and contact enrichment are separate.

Unlock the event first, filter and select the contacts that matter, and then reveal only the emails or phone numbers you need. Hidden contact fields remain hidden in exports until they are revealed.

Which actions usually do not consume Credits?

Searching events by name, opening previews, filtering visible rows, changing columns, detecting LinkedIn Activity, and generating outreach messages usually do not consume Credits.

Some actions may still require a paid plan or an unlocked data source even when they do not have a separate Credit cost.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible new accounts receive 2,000 gift Credits after completing onboarding. This is enough for one Event Access unlock.

Gift eligibility and other promotions can vary by account. Review the Credits menu and current checkout terms instead of assuming every account receives the same offer.

What subscription plans are available?

The current paid plan lineup is:

  • Basic: $499 per month when billed monthly, or $4,990 per year when billed annually. Basic includes 35,000 Credits per month, up to 5 Workspace seats, and standard email support. Credits reset monthly under either billing option.

  • Growth: $14,900 per year. Growth includes 1,500,000 Credits per annual term, up to 10 Workspace seats, and priority email and WhatsApp support. Credits reset at annual renewal.

  • Enterprise: Custom annual pricing, Credits, Workspace seats, data coverage, API access, and integrations. Reset timing follows the signed agreement.

Unused subscription Credits do not roll over. Review the current pricing page, in-product Plans & Credits modal, or your signed agreement before purchase.

Can I buy extra Credits without changing my plan?

Yes, but Add-On Credits are only available to users with an active paid subscription. You can purchase them for temporary campaign demand without changing your base plan.

Add-On Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Review the current checkout terms before completing your purchase.

What if my event volume is higher than the standard plans?

Choose Growth for larger annual programs, purchase Add-On Credits for temporary demand, or contact Lensmor about an Enterprise agreement with custom Credits, seats, data coverage, API access, and integrations.

Share your expected monthly event unlocks, required audience sources, contact-enrichment volume, integration needs, and number of users so the team can evaluate the right structure.

Team Workspaces

What is a Team Workspace?

A Workspace gives a team shared event data, ICP settings, Credits, and collaboration controls. The active Workspace determines which shared data, Credit balance, and permissions are available while you work.

Use the account menu to create an eligible Workspace, open Manage Workspace, or switch between Workspaces you have joined.

Does inviting teammates require a paid plan?

Yes. A Workspace must have an active paid plan before an Owner or Admin can invite additional members.

Basic supports up to 5 Workspace seats, Growth supports up to 10, and Enterprise uses the custom seat limit in your agreement. Active members and pending invitations both reserve seats.

What is the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?

  • Member: Uses shared data and Credits and can review personal Credit activity.

  • Admin: Also manages Workspace details, ICP, members, invitations, Admin roles, API keys, and Workspace-wide usage.

  • Owner: Also manages billing and plans, transfers ownership, and deletes the Workspace.

Each Workspace has one Owner. Admins cannot manage billing or ownership.

Are Credits shared with Workspace members?

Yes. Members use the available Credit balance of the active Workspace. Credit costs and refund rules remain the same, but the Workspace context determines which balance is charged.

Members can review their own Credit activity. Admins and the Owner can review Workspace-wide usage by member or activity.

Can I belong to more than one Workspace?

Yes. A user can own one Workspace and join multiple Workspaces. Use Switch Workspace in the account menu and confirm the active Workspace before unlocking data or taking another paid action.

Workspace invitations must be accepted with the email address that received the invitation.

Exports, Integrations, and Outreach

Can I export event and contact data?

Yes. Current event export destinations include CSV, Excel, HubSpot, Salesforge, and Instantly.

Your export only includes data sources available under your access level. Visitors require Full Access or the Visitor upgrade. Hidden emails and phone numbers remain hidden until they are revealed.

Current per-export limits include up to 1,000 contacts for HubSpot and up to 100 contacts for Salesforge or Instantly. See Export Contacts.

Does exporting use additional Credits?

Exporting does not automatically reveal locked fields or upgrade your event access. Use Credits for the underlying event access and any email or phone reveals you need.

Export availability, destination options, and limits can depend on your plan and connected integrations.

Which integrations are available?

The current Integrations page includes:

  • HubSpot.

  • Salesforge.

  • Instantly.

  • Pipedream.

  • n8n.

  • Make.

  • Zapier.

  • Webhook.

For a tool that is not listed, use CSV or Excel if the destination supports file import, use an automation connector or webhook, or contact Lensmor about a custom requirement. Do not assume a custom native integration or delivery timeline until Lensmor confirms it.

Does Lensmor send email or LinkedIn campaigns for me?

Lensmor focuses on event intelligence, qualification, contact enrichment, and campaign preparation. It can generate outreach drafts and send qualified data into supported tools, but you should review the message and run the campaign through your team's approved CRM or outreach platform.

Can marketing use Lensmor without forcing sales to adopt another tool?

Yes. Marketing, ABM, or event teams can use Lensmor to choose events, build and qualify lists, unlock the necessary data, and export the result into the systems sales already uses.

Is Lensmor data automatically compliant for every outreach campaign?

No tool can make every campaign compliant in every jurisdiction.

Lensmor uses public and licensed event sources, Event Organizer and Data Partner Visitor datasets, and third-party contact providers. Your organization remains responsible for the lawful basis, targeting, messaging, opt-out handling, and channel rules that apply to your region and audience.

Review Lensmor's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and consult your legal or compliance team when needed.
