Lensmor tracks global trade shows and event-led GTM signals to help B2B teams prepare before events start.
Lensmor's public positioning includes coverage of 160,000+ global events. Coverage depth varies by event, region, organizer, source availability, and timing.
What Lensmor collects
Depending on the event and available sources, Lensmor may collect or derive:
- Event name, date, location, and website.
- Exhibitor and sponsor lists.
- Company websites, descriptions, categories, industries, and locations.
- Public company signals such as technology stack, funding context, or hiring context when available.
- People connected to exhibitors or public event signals.
- Visitor records provided by Event Organizers and Data Partners.
- Public source links used to support research and outreach context.
On an event page, Lensmor shows available coverage through the Exhibitors and Attendees tabs, filter panels, result counts, company rows, Match Score, Signals, and available contact actions. The exact columns and available actions can vary by event and by the data Lensmor has collected.

Common data sources
Lensmor uses a mix of public and licensed data sources, including:
- Event websites.
- Exhibitor directories.
- Sponsor and speaker pages.
- Public company websites.
- Public web search results.
- Public professional and company signals.
- Event Organizer and Data Partner Visitor datasets.
- Third-party contact data providers.
Source availability changes by event. Some organizers publish structured exhibitor lists, while others use PDFs, images, gated directories, or limited public pages.
Attendee source types
Lensmor keeps attendee sources distinct so you can judge why a person is connected to an event:
- Visitor: Provided by an Event Organizer or Data Partner. Visitor Intelligence is Lensmor's highest-value attendee source because it gives teams a more direct view of people attending without exhibiting.
- Exhibitor: Connected to a company on the event's exhibitor list.
- Signal: Identified from public professional activity related to the event.
Visitor data is not available for every event. A Visitor record is more direct than a public Signal, but coverage and confidence still depend on the source and the information supplied. Review source badges and important records before outreach.
How often attendee data is updated
Lensmor adjusts its scheduled attendee-list refreshes based on how soon the event starts. As an event gets closer, Lensmor checks for new attendee data more frequently.
Selecting Request update on an event page enables update notifications and places that event on a more frequent refresh cadence.
An event exactly 30 days away follows the sprint-period cadence.
These intervals describe how often Lensmor schedules a refresh check. They do not guarantee that every refresh will add or change attendee records. Visible updates still depend on new information becoming available from event organizers, public sources, and licensed data providers, as well as processing time.
When you have selected Request update, Lensmor notifies you when an updated attendee list is available.
Why data can be incomplete
Data can be incomplete when:
- The organizer has not published the list yet.
- The Event Organizer or Data Partner has not supplied Visitor data for the event.
- The list is gated behind registration or sponsor access.
- Companies exhibit under product brands, subsidiaries, or local entities.
- Public pages are images, PDFs, or JavaScript-heavy pages that are difficult to parse.
- Contact data providers do not have a verified email or phone for a person.
- A company attends as a visitor, sponsor, speaker, or partner rather than an exhibitor, and no corresponding source record is available.
How to improve your results
- Search by both event name and exhibitor name.
- Try company name variants, subsidiaries, parent companies, and product brands.
- Unlock events only after the preview confirms relevance.
- Use filters and columns to narrow the result set.
- Select Request update on the event page if important data appears missing, stale, or incomplete.
- Review source links before using important claims in outreach.
Accuracy expectations
Lensmor aims to make event prospecting faster and more useful, but no event or contact dataset is complete or guaranteed. Always review high-value records before booking meetings, sending outreach, or making budget decisions.
