The Attendees tab can combine three source types: exhibitor contacts, public-signal attendees, and Visitors.

These sources represent different levels of event intent. Use the Source filter and the source badges on each row to understand why a person appears before you prioritize outreach.

Compare attendee sources

ExhibitorThe person is connected to a company on the event's exhibitor listReaching booth teams, sponsors, and exhibiting companiesEvent Access or Full Access

A person can have more than one source badge. For example, a contact may be connected to an exhibitor and also appear in a Visitor dataset.

Visitor Intelligence

Visitor Intelligence is Lensmor's highest-value attendee source and a core part of the product's event audience coverage.

Unlike Signal attendees, Visitors are not inferred only from public activity. They come from Event Organizers and Data Partners, which can provide a more direct view of people attending without exhibiting.

Visitor coverage is not available for every event. When it is available:

  • Full Access costs 5,000 Credits and includes Visitors, exhibitors, and public-signal attendees.
  • Event Access costs 2,000 Credits and does not include Visitors.
  • If you already have Event Access, select Unlock Visitors and spend an additional 3,000 Credits.

Full Access and the Visitor upgrade require an active paid subscription.

Public-signal attendees

Lensmor monitors public professional activity for signals that can indicate event intent, such as:

  • Posts mentioning an upcoming event.
  • Comments or engagement on event-related content.
  • Other public professional signals connected to the event.

These signals are aggregated and scored. Contacts with relevant public evidence appear with a Signal source badge in the Attendees list.

How to use each source

  • Visitors: Prioritize non-exhibiting attendees and build a more complete audience view.
  • Exhibitor contacts: Prepare booth-to-booth, partner, sponsor, or account outreach.
  • Signal attendees: Start outreach early when a person has public evidence of event interest.

Use source type together with company fit, job role, seniority, and the available evidence. A source badge explains why the record is connected to the event; it does not replace your team's qualification.

Important limitations

  • Visitor coverage depends on Event Organizer and Data Partner availability and varies by event.
  • Signal attendees are probabilistic, not organizer-confirmed attendee records.
  • Professionals with little public activity may not appear as Signal attendees.
  • Very recent public activity may not yet be reflected.
  • Exhibitor contacts are connected to exhibiting companies, but not every employee of an exhibitor will attend the event.

FAQ

Are Visitors the same as Signal attendees?

No. Visitors come from Event Organizers and Data Partners. Signal attendees are inferred from public professional activity.

Why do some people have multiple source badges?

The same person may appear in more than one dataset. Multiple badges preserve that evidence instead of forcing the contact into only one source.

Can I export Visitors with Event Access?

No. Event Access includes exhibitors and public-signal attendees. You need Full Access, or the 3,000-Credit Visitor upgrade after Event Access, to access and export Visitors.
