Complete onboarding to help Lensmor understand your company and recommend relevant events.
Onboarding starts with your company website. Lensmor analyzes the website, identifies your company context, pre-fills a profile, and then asks you to review or add missing details before generating recommendations.
Why this matters
Lensmor uses your company profile to personalize event recommendations and help the Agent understand what kinds of exhibitors, attendees, accounts, and contacts are relevant to your GTM motion.
The more accurate your profile is, the more useful your recommended events and downstream prospecting workflows will be.
What Lensmor analyzes
During onboarding, Lensmor can use your company website to infer:
- Company industry.
- Company description.
- Target company profile.
- Events you may already care about, if you add them.
You do not need to write everything from scratch. Review what Lensmor fills in, then correct or add details where needed.
How to complete onboarding
- Sign in to Lensmor.
- When the onboarding prompt appears, enter your company website.
- Select Analyze Website.

Lensmor analyzes your website and prepares a company profile.
- Review the detected Company Industry and Company Description.
- Add your Personal LinkedIn URL.
- Add Events You Already Care About if you already know relevant events.
- Review or edit the Target Company Profile.
- Select Get Recommendations.

After onboarding, Lensmor uses your profile to mark recommended events in Discover.

If you select Skip for now, Lensmor will show the general event list instead of personalized recommendations. Complete onboarding when you want Lensmor to recommend events based on your company profile.
What to review before submitting
Check these fields before selecting Get Recommendations:
- Company Industry: Make sure the detected industry matches how your team sells.
- Company Description: Correct anything that misrepresents your product, market, or customer type.
- Personal LinkedIn URL: Add your profile URL so Lensmor can better understand your professional context.
- Events You Already Care About: Add known events such as
CES 2026orDreamforce 2026if you want Lensmor to include them as context. - Target Company Profile: Make sure it describes the companies and buyers you want to reach.
Onboarding Credits
Eligible new accounts receive 2,000 gift Credits after completing onboarding. Gift Credits do not expire, unless your account is deleted or access is restricted under Lensmor's policies.
Best practices
- Use your public company website, not a personal website or generic landing page.
- Review the auto-filled profile before submitting it.
- Add known event names if your team already has priority shows.
- Make the Target Company Profile specific enough to guide recommendations.
- Include company type, region, buyer role, and buying trigger when they matter.
- Update your prompt style in Agent conversations if your target audience changes for a specific campaign.
Limitations
- Website analysis depends on the public information available on your website.
- Lensmor recommendations are directional. Review the recommended events before unlocking event data or starting outreach.
- If your company website is incomplete, very new, or hard to parse, you may need to edit more fields manually.
