Lensmor for iPhone: scan and manage event leads

Use Lensmor on your iPhone to capture a business card, event badge or supported contact QR code, then save the person with your conversation notes and next steps. You can also add a lead manually.

Scan and save

1. Sign in and choose your Workspace.
2. On Scan, choose an event if you want to associate your new leads with it. You can continue without choosing an event; those leads appear under Event not listed.
3. Scan a business card or badge, import a photo, scan a supported contact QR code, or add the contact manually. Review and correct the details before saving.
4. Add a conversation, interest level or next step whenever you need to.

Card and badge text recognition happens on the iPhone. Your saved leads, conversations and next steps remain on that device, separated by account and Workspace. They are not automatically backed up to your Lensmor Web Workspace or shared with your team. Signing out does not delete those isolated local records. Check that you are using the intended account and Workspace before assuming a lead is missing.

Find and export your leads

Open Leads to browse and search saved contacts. The event selector narrows the list; choose all events when you want to see every lead in the Workspace. Profile → Captured leads opens that all-event view.

Tap Export CSV in Leads. Choose Current results to export the visible search/filter results or All my leads to export your saved leads from every event in the current Workspace. Review the count and preview, then use the iOS share sheet to save or share the file. Lensmor does not choose a recipient. Photos and raw scan text are excluded. Files you save or send to another app are managed by that destination.

Send a lead to HubSpot when you choose

If your Workspace has HubSpot lead uploads enabled, open Profile → HubSpot to check its connection and sending access. A Workspace owner or admin may need to set up the Workspace connection. Authorize your HubSpot account in the secure browser when prompted, return to Lensmor, and refresh the connection status. Connecting an account alone does not send any saved leads.

Open a saved lead and choose Send to HubSpot. Review the contact, destination Workspace and HubSpot Portal, then decide whether to include event and conversation notes. An email address is required for matching. Tap Confirm & send to submit that reviewed contact. Existing HubSpot contact fields are left unchanged when a contact matches by email; a new contact receives the reviewed details. Photos and raw scan text are not sent. Later edits on the iPhone do not update HubSpot automatically.

In versions that show Select leads, you can select up to 100 saved leads, review the selection, and send them one by one. Check each result before retrying an uncertain delivery; a network interruption does not prove that HubSpot received nothing. Sending captured leads uses no Lensmor Data credits. Connection and sending availability depend on your Workspace plan, role and backend settings.

If the app says lead uploads are unavailable, reconnecting HubSpot alone will not enable them. Contact support with your Workspace name and app version. Do not include real contact records in a support request.

Include the app version/build, iOS version, device model and a short description of the problem. A screenshot is optional; remove private contact details first. Never send passwords, verification codes, API keys or a contact database.
