Connect Pipedream to Lensmor

Connect a Pipedream workflow and export selected or filtered Lensmor contacts to it.

Connect a Pipedream workflow when you want to send selected or filtered Lensmor contacts to an automation you control. Connecting Pipedream does not start a continuous sync: you choose when to export contacts from an event.

Before you start

  • Your Lensmor plan must include export access. A Workspace owner or admin manages the connection in Integrations.

  • Prepare a Pipedream workflow with an HTTP / Webhook trigger that accepts new HTTP requests. Decide what the workflow should do after receiving contacts.

  • Check who can access the workflow and its run history. Hidden contact details remain hidden unless revealed in Lensmor before export.

Connect Pipedream

  1. In Pipedream, create a new Workflow and choose HTTP / Webhook → New HTTP Requests. Copy the generated URL.

  2. In Lensmor, open Integrations, find Pipedream, and click Connect.

  3. Paste the URL into Webhook URL and click Connect.

  4. Confirm the Pipedream card shows Connected. Lensmor displays a secret token after connection; keep it secure.

The URL must begin with http:// or https:// and match the Pipedream connection type. If Lensmor rejects it, check that you copied the workflow's receiving URL rather than a workflow editor or preview link.

Export contacts

  1. Open an event and go to Attendees.

  2. Select contacts or apply filters, then open Export and choose Pipedream.

  3. Choose Selected Items if you selected contacts, or All Filtered Data for the current filtered result.

  4. Review the count, then click Export.

  5. Check Pipedream's workflow runs and any downstream actions before using the results.

Access, Credits, and limits

  • Export requires a plan with export access. If you cannot manage Integrations, ask a Workspace owner or admin to connect Pipedream.

  • Connecting or exporting does not reveal hidden emails or phones. Revealing contact data is a separate action with its own Credit confirmation in Lensmor.

  • Exports over 50 contacts are sent in multiple batches. A successful Lensmor export does not confirm that later Pipedream steps succeeded.

  • If the receiving URL changes, disconnect and reconnect Pipedream with the new URL.
