Export Contacts

Export contacts when you are ready to use Lensmor data in a spreadsheet, CRM, or outreach platform.

Export is available from the event detail page. Event Access lets you export exhibitors and public-signal attendees. Visitor records require Full Access or the Visitor upgrade before they can be exported.

Export destinations

Open Export on the Attendees tab to choose a destination.

Lensmor currently shows:

• CSV.
• HubSpot.
• Salesforge.
• Instantly.

CSV opens the spreadsheet export flow, where you can choose either CSV or Excel format.

Available options can depend on your workspace plan and connected integrations.

Export scope

When exporting to a spreadsheet, choose the available scope and file format.

The All Filtered Data scope exports contacts that match the filters currently applied to the table.

Use filters before export when you only want a specific ICP segment.

Export only includes data sources available under your access level. Pure Visitor records are excluded until Visitor Intelligence is unlocked.

Hidden contact data

Hidden emails, phones, and other locked fields remain hidden unless you reveal or unlock them before export. The export modal indicates that hidden emails remain hidden unless revealed.

If you need email addresses in an outreach tool, reveal emails before exporting. Instantly requires an email address to create leads, so contacts without email addresses may be skipped.

CSV and Excel export

Use CSV or Excel when you want a spreadsheet handoff for internal review, custom enrichment, or manual upload into another system.

Choose CSV for a .csv file or Excel for a .xlsx file.

HubSpot export

Use HubSpot export when you want contacts in your CRM.

Current HubSpot export supports up to 1,000 contacts per export. If your filtered or selected list is larger, narrow the list or export in batches.

Salesforge export

Use Salesforge export when you want to send contacts into Salesforge Contacts and optionally add them to an existing sequence.

Current Salesforge export supports up to 100 contacts per export. If you select more than 100 contacts, Lensmor exports the first 100 or asks you to narrow the selection.

Instantly export

Use Instantly export when you want to send contacts and email outreach content to a selected Instantly campaign.

Current Instantly export supports up to 100 contacts per export. Contacts without email addresses may be skipped because Instantly requires email addresses for leads.

Before exporting

Check that:

• The event is unlocked if you need the full list.
• Visitor Intelligence is unlocked if your export should include Visitors.
• The selected contacts match your ICP.
• Required emails or phone numbers have been revealed.
• Outreach messages are reviewed if you plan to use them in a sequence.
• The destination integration is connected.
