Introduction to pricing, billing, and upgrades

1. Plans & Pricing

Lensmor offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans use a unified Credits balance — there are no feature locks based on plan tier. Anyone with sufficient Credits can use any feature.

Annual plans are billed upfront. Credits are issued monthly and reset at the end of each calendar month regardless of remaining balance.

Free

New accounts start with 0 Credits. Complete the onboarding checklist to receive a one-time gift of 2,000 Credits (permanent, never expire). This is enough to unlock 1 event or perform 40 Exhibitor searches.

2. How to Purchase

Monthly Plans

Purchase directly in the product. Click Upgrade from any pricing prompt and complete checkout with a credit card. Access is activated immediately.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are processed via offline wire transfer.

  1. Click Contact Sales in the product
  2. Our team confirms your plan and pricing
  3. You receive an official quotation PDF for review and signature
  4. Upon signature, an invoice with bank transfer details is sent
  5. Subscription activates within 1 business day of payment confirmation

3. Credit Types & Priority

Your Credits balance may consist of two types:

When both types are present, Subscription Credits are always deducted first. Gift Credits are only used after your Subscription Credits reach zero. This protects your permanent Credits from being consumed while monthly Credits are still available.

4. Upgrades

Upgrade Cost Formula

Upgrade fee = New plan price − Old plan price × (Credits remaining / Total Credits)

For annual plans: Credits from fully elapsed months are counted as fully consumed (35,000 per elapsed month) regardless of actual usage. The current (in-progress) month uses actual consumed Credits.

Example — Basic annual → Growth annual, 3 months elapsed, 10,000 Credits remaining this month:

  • Old plan: $4,192/yr, 35,000 Credits/mo
  • Elapsed months: 3 → 3 × 35,000 = 105,000 consumed
  • Current month consumed: 35,000 − 10,000 = 25,000
  • Total consumed: 130,000 / 420,000 = ~31%
  • Upgrade fee = $7,552 − $4,192 × (1 − 0.31) = $7,552 − $2,893 = $4,659

After Upgrading

  • Old subscription Credits → cleared to 0
  • New plan Credits → issued in full on the upgrade date
  • New billing cycle starts from the upgrade date
  • All previously unlocked events and revealed emails are retained

5. Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Account → Billing & Payment.

6. Refund Policy

Lensmor does not issue refunds once Credits have been consumed.

  • If any Credits have been used since purchase, the transaction is non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds for unused Credits are not available.

If you have a concern about a purchase before any Credits have been used, contact support. Refund eligibility for completely unused plans is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Billing Information & Invoices

Update Billing Information

Go to Account → Billing & Payment → Billing Information.

Billing information entered at checkout does not automatically update your account settings. Update directly in your account to ensure invoices are correct.

Download Invoices

All transactions are listed under Account → Billing & Payment → Transaction History. Each successful transaction includes a downloadable PDF invoice.

8. Account Deletion

Accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted. Cancel your subscription first.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. All Credits, unlocked event data, and revealed contact data are removed and cannot be recovered.

FAQ

Q: If I upgrade in the middle of the month, do my unlocked events and revealed emails stay available?Yes. Upgrading only changes your subscription and credits balance. All previously unlocked events and revealed emails remain in your workspace.

Q: Can I switch from a monthly plan to another monthly plan?No. Monthly users can upgrade to an annual plan, but annual-to-monthly and Growth-to-Basic changes are not supported.

Q: When will I receive my invoice after payment?For self-serve monthly purchases, the invoice appears in Account → Billing & Payment → Transaction History after the transaction succeeds. For annual plans, the invoice is issued during the offline billing process.
