Overview

Lensmor uses a single unified Credits balance. All paid actions draw from this one pool. Your current balance is always visible in the top bar of the dashboard.

There are no feature locks based on plan tier — any user with sufficient Credits can use any feature.

Reference costs:

Task typeApprox. Credits
Simple query~15
Standard skill call~30
Multi-step task (3–5 steps)~100
Complex task (10+ steps)~200–450

Note: The first task in a new session may cost more than subsequent tasks of the same type.

2. Plan Credit Allocations

Subscription Plans — Credits reset monthly

PlanCredits / monthPrice
Basic35,000$499/mo or $4,192/yr
Growth70,000$899/mo or $7,552/yr

Subscription Credits are issued at the start of each billing month and clear to 0 at month end. Unused Credits do not roll over.

Free — Onboarding Gift

New accounts start with 0 Credits. Complete the onboarding checklist to receive a one-time gift of 2,000 Credits (permanent, never expire).

What 2,000 Credits can do:- Unlock 1 event (2,000 credits) — full Attendees list, OR- Reveal ~133 contact emails (15 credits each), OR- Perform 40 Exhibitor searches (50 credits each), OR- A combination of the above

3. Credit Types & Expiry

TypeSourceExpiry
Subscription CreditsIssued monthly with your planClear at month end
Gift CreditsOnboarding completion / promotional grantsNever expire

Your unlocked data is a permanent asset. Once you unlock an event or reveal an email, that data stays accessible forever — regardless of whether your subscription is active or your Credits balance is zero.

4. Credit Deduction Priority

When both Credit types are present:

Subscription Credits are always deducted first. Gift Credits are only used after Subscription Credits reach zero.

This protects your permanent Gift Credits from being consumed while monthly Credits are still available.

5. What Happens When Your Subscription Expires

ItemOutcome
Unused Subscription CreditsCleared to 0
Gift CreditsRetained permanently
Previously unlocked eventsPermanently accessible
Previously revealed emailsPermanently accessible
