Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account information, such as name, email address, company, workspace, and login details.
  • Profile information you provide, such as company website and target audience.
  • Usage information, such as searches, unlocks, exports, Agent tasks, and product interactions.
  • Billing and plan information, such as subscription status, invoices, payment metadata, and Credit history.
  • Integration information, such as connected HubSpot, Salesforge, or Instantly status and export activity.
  • Public business information, such as company, event, exhibitor, sponsor, speaker, and professional contact data.
  • Support communications, such as emails, chats, and issue reports.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve Lensmor.
  • Recommend events, exhibitors, accounts, and contacts.
  • Process event unlocks, contact reveals, exports, and Agent tasks.
  • Maintain Credits, billing, and account access.
  • Connect and operate integrations you authorize.
  • Improve data quality, ranking, matching, and relevance.
  • Monitor product performance, security, and reliability.
  • Respond to support, legal, compliance, and security requests.

Public business data

Lensmor processes public and business-oriented information related to events, companies, and professional contacts. This may include publicly available information from event websites, company websites, public web pages, and third-party data providers.

Lensmor uses this data to help customers research event-led GTM opportunities. Customers are responsible for using exported data lawfully and in compliance with applicable privacy, email, and anti-spam rules.

Integrations

When you connect an integration, Lensmor uses the connection only to provide the requested workflow.

Examples:

  • HubSpot: export contacts into your CRM.
  • Salesforge: export contacts and optional sequence data.
  • Instantly: export contacts and email content into selected campaigns.

You can disconnect integrations from Lensmor when you no longer want them connected.

AI and Agent workflows

Lensmor may use AI systems to analyze event, company, contact, and workspace context, generate outreach drafts, or assist with research tasks.

Do not enter confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information into Agent prompts unless your agreement with Lensmor permits it.

How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help operate Lensmor, such as cloud hosting, analytics, email, billing, data providers, enrichment providers, AI providers, and integration providers.
  • Integration providers you authorize, such as HubSpot, Salesforge, or Instantly.
  • Legal, regulatory, or security authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • Business successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your workspace data as a customer list.

Security

Lensmor uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, credential protection, monitoring, and secure infrastructure practices.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and managing access to your workspace.

Data retention
