Connect Google Sheets to Lensmor

Connect Google Sheets and export Lensmor contacts or exhibitors to a new or existing spreadsheet.

Connect Google Sheets to export filtered Lensmor contacts or exhibitors to a spreadsheet. You can create a new spreadsheet or add the export as a new sheet in an existing one.

Before you start

  • Your Lensmor plan must include export access. A Workspace owner or admin manages the connection in Integrations.

  • You need a Google account that can authorize Sheets access. To use an existing spreadsheet, that account must have access to it.

  • Export does not reveal hidden contact details. Reveal any fields you need before exporting; revealing is a separate action.

Connect Google Sheets

  1. In Lensmor, open Integrations from the dashboard.

  2. Find Google Sheets and click Connect.

  3. In the Connect Google Sheets dialog, click Continue with Google Sheets.

  4. Choose the Google account you want to use and complete Google's authorization flow.

  5. Return to Lensmor and check that the Google Sheets card shows Connected.

If you are a Workspace member and cannot open Integrations, ask an owner or admin to manage the connection.

Export to a spreadsheet

  1. Open an event and go to Attendees for contacts or Exhibitors for companies.

  2. Select rows or apply filters, then open Export and choose Google Sheets.

  3. In Export to Google Sheets, choose Selected Items or All Filtered Data.

  4. Under Target Spreadsheet, leave Create new spreadsheet (default) to make a new file. To use an existing file, click Browse and select it. Lensmor adds the data as a new sheet in that file.

  5. Review the count and click Export.

Google Sheets export supports up to 1,000 contacts or exhibitors at a time. If the chosen group is larger, the dialog offers to export the first 1,000; narrow your filters or export in batches for the rest. A larger contact export may continue as a background task rather than finishing immediately.

Limits and troubleshooting

  • If the file picker cannot open or the connection has expired, reconnect Google Sheets in Integrations and try again.

  • If an existing spreadsheet cannot be found or accessed, select another file or create a new one.

  • Export is started by you; connecting Google Sheets does not continuously update a spreadsheet.

  • Hidden or unavailable contact fields are not filled in by the export.
