Connect Pipedream, n8n, Make, Zapier, or a custom webhook and send selected Lensmor contacts.

Use a webhook when you want to send Lensmor contacts to an automation workflow or your own endpoint. Lensmor offers connection cards for Pipedream, n8n, Make, Zapier, and a general Webhook endpoint. These are contact exports you start in Lensmor, not an automatic feed of every new contact.

Before you start

  • Your Lensmor plan must include export access. A Workspace owner or admin manages connections in Integrations.

  • Set up a receiving URL in your chosen tool. It must accept HTTP POST requests; a custom endpoint must accept a JSON body.

  • Check who can access the destination workflow and what it will do with the data. Hidden contact details remain hidden unless revealed in Lensmor before export.

Connect a destination

  1. In Lensmor, open Integrations from the dashboard.

  2. Find Pipedream, n8n, Make, Zapier, or Webhook, then click Connect.

  3. Follow the short How to get your webhook URL guide shown in the connection dialog.

  4. Paste the destination's Webhook URL and click Connect. The URL must start with http:// or https://; named tools also check that the URL matches the selected provider.

  5. Check that the card shows Connected.

For n8n, use a POST Webhook node and its Production URL. For Make, use a Custom webhook module. For Zapier, use Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook. For Pipedream, use an HTTP / Webhook trigger. Choose the general Webhook card for your own HTTP endpoint.

If you are a Workspace member and cannot open Integrations, ask an owner or admin to manage the connection.

Export contacts

  1. Open an event and go to Attendees.

  2. Select contacts or apply filters, then open Export and choose the connected destination.

  3. In the export dialog, choose Selected Items or All Filtered Data.

  4. Review the count and the destination workflow, then click Export.

Exports over 50 contacts are sent in multiple batches. Check the receiving workflow for every batch before treating the export as complete.

Limits and troubleshooting

  • A successful Lensmor export does not guarantee your workflow's later steps, such as adding a CRM record or sending an email, succeeded. Check the receiving tool's run history.

  • If no contacts match the selected scope, the export button is unavailable.

  • If the URL is rejected, check its format and make sure you chose the matching provider card. Use the general Webhook card for a custom endpoint.

  • If the endpoint changes, disconnect and connect the destination with the new URL.
